Double or Nothing~!!

Okay, so I know that only my family reads this. And you all already know that I'm obsessed with this band! But ya'll wanted more posts so here it is!
My very awesome, incredible, wonderful, amazing, generous, selfless parents took me to Provo to see these boys in concert at the Velour! I was SO excited to see them again because I hadn't seen them in a very long time! They recently got a drummer that I had never met or heard so I was extremely excited to see them again!

Nate, Matt, Maria, Nick, and Derek!
I know I don't look very good in this picture but it's the only picture that got taken of all of them together! They are so hilarious and fun to be around!

This is Nate.
Okay, so I wasn't in a very good spot to take pictures of the new drummer, but this is the best I could do.

This is Derek!
He plays about a billion instruments, but in the band he plays the bass and the keyboard.. and occasionally the ukulele and a shaker thingy.

Here's Matt!
He obviously plays the violin. I LOVE having the violin in the band! It really adds a whole new level of amazingness!!

This is Nick.
He is the singer of the band. He also plays the lead guitar. He's trying to get the audience to clap.. hehe gotta love 'em!

I really can't wait to see them again! Hopefully before the Logan show. But I'll definitely see them April 1st!! :) WOOT!

Bulletin Board uh, Decorator?

So, I got a new calling the very beginning of January and it's been a pretty fun calling. I'm in charge of decorating the bulletin board for our ward. I've only done it twice so far, but here they are! I'm glad Michelle is willing to help me because I couldn't be this creative on my own!!

Here's the first one we did! It's for February!

Here's March! :) We decided on Easter since it's the VERY beginning of April.

We've already got some good ideas for the coming months.. but if any of you have suggestions, feel free to post your input!

Babysitting!! :)

:) I got to babysit Jace and Jayden the other day and we had some fun! :) I've missed them since they haven't been living close! We sang primary songs, dressed up, and played with hot wheel cars! They are super cute kids!

Jayden Kept cheering me and Jace on when we would finish our songs! YAAAAAY!!

LOOOONG!

This is grandma's grandson! :) AWESOME TONGUE!

Jace snapping his fingers.. He's a pretty talented kid!!

Dressing up!
We put the wig on Jayden and he was fine, until I showed him in the mirror. Then he started screaming and ran to grandma... no time to take a picture...

COOKIES!! COOKIES!! COOKIES!!

Wow~ So, here's the story behind the cookies. Elizabeth and I decided that we wanted to do a huge service project for people who were having a hard time. So we decided to try our hands at baking.. It started out pretty interesting but grew better as the night went on... on... on.. and in to morning. Yes. We baked from 10 pm till 6 am :) Where were the parents you may ask? Carson City Nevada. :) We baked 7 different kinds of cookies, (Choc
olate Chip, Devil's Food Cake Cookies, Chocolate Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter, No-Bake Cookies, snickerdoodle and Sugar.) and Lemon Bars. :) mmm.. Of course we had to taste them before giving them to others.. just to check them. They were DELICIOUS! So, we made 15 plates of cookies, and had a blast doorbell ditching! GOOD TIMES! Who knew service could be so fun? :)

JUNKET 2009!!

My best friend Elizabeth and I started out our annual junket with a BANG! We had a insane amount of fun! We stayed at my grandma's house in SLC from Thursday, August 6, 2009-Sunday, Agust 9, 2009. Thursday we started the day out early going to Lagoon (When we turned in our locker key we got a monkey that we named Libby), which was interupted by a dentist appointment in Plain City for Elizabeth. Then we went to DI and picked out some pretty insane clothes to wear the next day at the Gateway mall. We then went to my grandma's house and watched a movie with her that night, Pillow Talk with Doris Day. The next morning we put on our DI clothes (with a change of normal clothes in the car) and went to Gateway! We went to a movie there and then lunch! Then we changed our clothes! :) We finished up shopping and came home and watched Pollyanna with my grandma. After that we went and hung out with some of my cousins friends They were a lot of fun! The next day, Saturday, we put on our prom dresses and took pictures all around town! It was a blast. Then finished up the day in nice dresses around temple square. That night we watched Move Over Darling, Doris Day, with my grandma. Sunday, we went to Music and the Spoken Word, and spent the day touring temple square things, got back to grandma's and visited for a while, and finished our day :( We had way too much fun :)!!!!!
